Chef Tsang Chiu King

Held in high esteem by his peers in the world of culinary arts, Chef Tsang Chiu King is the Culinary Director at Ming Court, Wanchai.

 

A master in Cantonese cuisine, Chef Tsang has over 40 years of experience and has honed his culinary skills in Hong Kong, Switzerland, China, and Australia. At Ming Court, Wanchai, he marries his experience in authentic Cantonese cuisine with modern Western techniques, crafting each dish with precision and ingenuity.

 

Under his leadership, Ming Court at Cordis, Hong Kong (formerly Langham Place, Mongkok), retained a coveted two-star status from the Michelin Guide for four consecutive years.
